My dad was a shoemaker, so my fondness to leather started when I was a child. The smell, the beautiful colors and textures and the techniques for tanning leather and making leather crafts were so interesting to me that it awakened my creativity and made it almost a daily necessity to make something out of every hide, even every little piece of scrap into a finished idea.
